CBP® Technique emphasizes optimal posture and spinal alignment as the primary goals of chiropractic care while simultaneously documenting improvements in pain and functional based outcomes. The uniqueness of CBP® treatment is in structural rehabilitation of the spine and posture. In general the goals of CBP® Care are:
Normal Front & Side View Posture
Center of mass of head, rib cage & pelvis vertically aligned in Front and Side views.
Normal Spinal Alignment
Front view: vertical alignment
Side View: Harrison Ideal or Average Spinal Model
Normal function
Improved Range of Motion and quality of movement,
Improved muscle strength,
Improved Health & Symptom Improvements
Neck disability index
Oswestry low back index

The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a series of 7 full-body movement tests designed to assess fundamental patterns of movement such as bending and squatting in those with known musculoskeletal pain. When the clinical assessment is initiated from the perspective of the movement pattern, Dr. Lim has the opportunity to identify meaningful impairments that may be seemingly unrelated to the main musculoskeletal complaint, but contribute to the associated disability. This concept, known as Regional Interdependence, is the hallmark of the SFMA. You will be assigned with corrective exercise based on SFMA findings to rebuild bullet proof movement patterns.

Myofascial release, or soft tissue mobilization, is a therapy used to release tension stored in the fascia.
Fascia are sheets of fibrous tissue that encase and support muscles separating them into groups and layers. It also covers joints capsules and ligaments.
Following trauma, the fascia and muscles may shorten restricting joint movement and blood flow. The techniques used in myofascial release break up fascial adhesions and relaxes muscle tension helping to normalize physical motion within the joint capsule.
There are a variety of ways to break up fascial adhesions including instruments, cuppings, and floss bands depends on condition and location of adhesions.
